ENGINE REBUILD & MACHINING

Redline Speed Worx (RS WORX) offers a complete range of engine assembly & machining services for all Audi, VW, Porsche, BMW, & Mercedes vehicles.

All final engine & cylinder head assembly is completed in house here at Redline Speed Worx (RS WORX) to ensure all engine components are rebuilt to exceed factory specifications in a clean room environment. All rebuilds with RS WORX supplied parts are fully warrantied for 12,000 miles or 1 Year from the date of assembly.

Machining Services Include:

Cylinder Head Valve, Guide & Valve seat Cutting
CNC Cylinder head Porting & Polishing
Re-surfacing of cylinder head / engine blocks
Engine block cylinder wall bore / honing
Rotating assembly balancing

Rebuild & Assembly Services Includes:

Complete cylinder head rebuilds
Upgraded Connecting rod installation
Complete short / long block assembly
